The workflow workshop follows the assessment phase and is designed to focus on mapping a single process, even within assessments that cover multiple workflows. This involves detailed process mapping to define requirements, ultimately resulting in a finalized workflow document.
Project timelines can range from 1 week to 48 months, depending on the complexity, size of the company, and specific requirements of the tasks involved.
Can I make changes during the process?
Yes, your satisfaction is our priority. You can make changes at any of the three stages detailed under "What fees are involved?". This will incur additional fees and will increase the time of the project. To ensure efficiency, we recommend consolidating your changes before the start of each stage.
