2. Workflow Workshop: This stage is conducted only if the business is deemed ready for AI or automation. It entails a detailed examination of the processes that require AI or automation.
3. Implementation: Once the workflow is finalized, the implementation team will commence the process of integrating AI or automation into your business operations.

How long does it take to complete a task?

The duration of the assessment phase varies based on the scope of evaluation, whether it involves a single business workflow or multiple workflows, each requiring a separate assessment. This phase is essential for gathering information and compiling a comprehensive findings report.

The workflow workshop follows the assessment phase and is designed to focus on mapping a single process, even within assessments that cover multiple workflows. This involves detailed process mapping to define requirements, ultimately resulting in a finalized workflow document.

Project timelines can range from 1 week to 48 months, depending on the complexity, size of the company, and specific requirements of the tasks involved.

Can I make changes during the process?

Yes, your satisfaction is our priority. You can make changes at any of the three stages detailed under "What fees are involved?". This will incur additional fees and will increase the time of the project. To ensure efficiency, we recommend consolidating your changes before the start of each stage.
